Words To Remember - "The Year 2015"

This is a year and season of Restoration.

I Peter 5:10 says, "And after you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, support, strengthen, and establish you." (NRSV). We believe that God is working restoration in the lives and hearts of His people by His Spirit, in Jesus' name!

WHAT WE BELIEVE

*The divine inspiration of all the Scriptures; their consequent inerrancy and infallibility; their supreme and final authority in faith and life as the Word of God.

*The triune God, who is one in essence, existing eternally in three distinct persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

*The essential absolute, eternal Deity; and the real and proper, but sinless, humanity of our Lord Jesus Christ.

*The virgin birth, substitutionary death, bodily resurrection, and imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ.

*The total depravity of man through the Fall.

*Salvation, the effect of regeneration by the Spirit and the Word, not by works but by grace through faith.

*The infilling of the Holy Spirit evidenced by speaking with other tongues, which is subsequent to salvation, though not necessary for it.

*The present Day administration of the spiritual gifts by the Holy Spirit for the edification and profit of all.

*The everlasting bliss of the saved and the everlasting suffering of the lost.

*The real spiritual unity in Christ of all redeemed by His precious blood.

*The necessity of maintaining, according to the Word of God, the purity of the Church in doctrine and life.
